Pay: OTE ~$20-$25/hr ($15/hr Base + Uncapped Performance Bonuses of $50 per demo completed)

The Mission
At Ephlux, we are building the engine for the next generation of enterprise automation. As our Digital ABM Intern, you will be the “Local Face” of our growth engine, working directly with our global leadership triad: Head of Customer Success, Head of Implementations, and Head of Product Development. You aren’t here to post social updates; you are here to hunt, nurture, and close strategic enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do (Your “GTM” Impact)
- The Global Bridge: Operate in the critical “Overlap Window” (8 AM – 2 PM) to sync with our teams globally and join live sales workshops with US customers.
- Targeted Outreach: Execute multi-channel “5-Touch” sequences (LinkedIn, email, and phone) to engage CIOs and IT Leads at Target 100 accounts.
- Strategic Follow-up: Take ownership of lead nurturing after high-impact events like our Swift Innovation Weeks, Appathons or ERP workshops.
- Account Research: Use Sales Navigator and CRM tools to map out enterprise stakeholders for our Swift Solution Blueprints.
- Field Innovation: Partner with Zehra and Asad to capture “Field Reality” from local clients and turn those insights into high-converting success stories.
Who You Are
- The Hustler: You are a Junior or Senior at a top Houston university (UH Bauer PES students highly preferred).
- Morning Availability: Ideally, you have at least 3-4 mornings a week free (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM) to align with our global team operations.
- Tech-Fluent: You can learn concepts like “No-Code ERP Integration” and communicate the value to non-technical business leaders.
- Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by performance and thrive in a role where your follow-up persistence directly leads to booked disocvery calls, demos and workshops.
