The Experian Summer Internship Program is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, innovative company, all while working with the latest technology and tools! Our Interns work 40 hours per week, in one of two start dates:
· Date 1 runs May 17 – July 23
· Date 2 runs June 14 – August 20th
As an Experian Intern, you will work on challenging assignments with a clear understanding of your contribution to our organization. Our program will include weekly remote "intern-only" events including meeting executive leaders, career development workshops, happy hours or game nights and many opportunities to network with your fellow interns.
The Decision Analytics team helps clients turn challenging situations into confident decisions through analytics, decisioning and fraud and identity. The intern will be part of a team that assists with go-to-market strategies for our latest products.You will be involved in all phases of product management from conceptualization to discovery, feature definition, design, working with engineers on the delivery and measuring the impact while also performing deep market research.
What you would be doing
Product research/analysis (gather market segment data, competitive research and put together positioning of our products and platform capabilities)
Develop performance dashboards across all the product platforms.
Work with the product management team to create transparency for product backlog.
Leverage productivity tools to craft and build out prioritized product roadmaps tools (i.e. Aha!)
Implement and launch a customer feedback portal leveraging internal tools – confluence, Jira, or Salesforce to receive and track metrics directly from users
Streamline / create DA product "hub" in Confluence; organize product confluence space for consistency to improve adoption of use and improve transparency for organization
Currently enrolled in a MS, MBA or other technical degree in relevant program including, but not limited to- Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Data Science, Information systems or any related field.
Broad knowledge of Excel and any project management software (JIRA, confluence) is a plus
Proven ability to work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction
Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
High digital proficiency and written presentation skills
Interested in developing product management business and technical acumen
