Position Description
The Supply Chain Intern will support Procurement, Sourcing and Contracting functions within the Supply Chain department. The Intern will work alongside the Supply Chain Manager who will facilitate the opportunity to work on projects that will contribute to supply chain’s success and the bottom line of the company.
Responsibilities
· Assist with onboarding new suppliers for Fervo Energy
· Complete requests for information (RFIs) and request for purchase (RFPs) for assigned categories
· Identify new suppliers to build a supply base for our project based in Milford, UT
· Update and manage supplier database
· Interact with Suppliers on cost reduction opportunities
· Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Required Qualifications
· This position requires completion of at least the sophomore year of coursework for a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university
· Pursuing BS/BA with a major in Supply Chain Management
· GPA of 3.25 or higher
· Legally eligible to work in the United States now and in the future
· Opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week

Location
Fervo Energy’s corporate office is located in downtown Houston. This position is currently a hybrid work model with in-office meetings as required to align with work responsibilities.
