The FBO Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring our customers have a consistently exceptional and memorable experience by creating and leading an exceptional team. The FEM will focus efforts on business growth and customer retention. Collaborates with all departments to ensure consistency in overall support of business operations.
Ability to interact with professionalism and discretion with high profile clientele.
Must be able to work independently and problem solve issues as they arise.
Flexible schedule with open availability.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
