COMPANY OVERVIEWlt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;Cadillac has been a leading luxury auto brand since 1902. Cadillac’s ongoing mission is to return to a preeminent position among global luxury brands, powered by major investments across its business and a renewed passion for excellence.lt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;The position reports to the Cadillac Global Brand Research Lead.lt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;This position will be filled by a Master’s-level student (e.g., MBA, Master in Marketing Research, etc.) currently enrolled in their first year program.lt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESlt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;Intern will be responsible for a customer-centered end-to-end project that will bring strategic value to either marketing strategy, a future advertising campaign, or a vehicle launch team. Example projects include calculating the business impact of vehicle launches, measuring performance of new brand campaign, performing early buyer study, personifying segmentation targets, etc. Exposure will to be to a broad base of stakeholders and the intern will potentially need to collaborate across a range of clients, service providers, and team members. Ideal candidate will be naturally curious with the ability to connect dots across disparate data and/or market insight streams. Final deliverable with be presented to the Cadillac Management Team.lt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;Additional Job Descriptionlt;br /gt;lt;br /gt;

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSlt;br /gt;lt;br /gt; In progress graduate degree in computer science, analytics, market research, psychology, sociology, anthropology, marketing analytics, business administration or related fieldlt;br /gt; Must have a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA on a 4.0 scalelt;br /gt; Currently enrolled in first year Master’s programlt;br /gt; Interest and curiosity in using data to influence business outcomes via impactful visualizations and story-lineslt;br /gt; Able to work full-time: 40 hours per week during the summer monthslt;br /gt; Proven analytical problem-solving abilitylt;br /gt; Demonstrated experience in quant analysis / constructs / paradigms / modelslt;br /gt; Strong project management skillslt;br /gt; Strong teamwork and communication skills and ability to work with all management levelslt;br /gt; Ability to collaborate successfully in cross functional and cross-regional teamslt;br /gt; Strong presentation skills: ability to communicate complex concepts with compelling, simple and impactful deliverylt;br /gt; Natural drive for contributing along with cre
