Budweiser APAC MBA Summer Internship Requirements:
First year MBA candidate from a top-tier business school.
Authorization to work permanently in the country of internship and full-time placement.
Previous work experience (typically 4+ years on average) in any relevant business function or demonstrated ability to move into a new function with ease.
Demonstrated leadership in previous work experience and extracurricular activities.
Global mindset (international experience or cross-cultural exposure).
Consistently curious, have an open mind, are inquisitive, want to know “why,” and have diverse interests.
Not afraid of change and taking risks.
Comfortable with collaboration and operating in a team-based environment, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions.
Consistently questions the status quo, seeks opportunities to improve processes.
