Founded in 1971, United Equities is a full- service real estate firm that owns and manages a retail, industrial and office portfolio, serving hundreds of national, regional and local tenants. Currently, their portfolio has grown to include over three million square feet of retail, industrial and office space.
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support and office management to leadership and teams. A few of the basic duties include, but are not limited to:
-Reviewing leasing documents for accuracy and compliance
-Preparation of legal documents for new and existing tenants
-Managing correspondence, communications, and responses to inquiries on behalf of supported leader(s)
-Point of contact with external vendors, contractors, or service providers for development projects
-Reviewing and distributing inter-company reports on a weekly basis
-Coordinating with marketing to maintain brand and consistency in reviewing marketing materials including flyers, proposals,
maps, & floor plans
No experience is required for this awesome role. United Equities has partnered with GradReach for over eight years and provides excellent and extensive training.

Intern period pay: Starting at $15/hour
Post Intern period salary: $40-44K
You will start off as a paid intern at GradReach (Intern2Hire). The listed pay rate is the pay promised for the first 10-12 weeks (on average) of employment until conversion takes place. Conversion occurs when a company is ready for you to work for them as a permanent/long-term employee. Once conversion takes place, you will be paid at a higher rate and no longer employed by GradReach.
