If all this sounds like something you would love to gain access to, you’re in luck. Mattress Firm is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their HR team. This is a very entry-level recruiting position and would operate out of their world-famous “Bedquarters.”
This role would be responsible for the following:
-Learning and mastering the recruiting process for assigned Mattress Firm corporate positions
-Posting job openings through various channels
-Reviewing applicant resumes
-Conducting phone/Skype interviews
-Making quality recommendations to hiring managers
-Act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers
-Work directly with HR in initiating and assisting with the onboarding process
-Handling and maintaining the integrity of sensitive information
-Other fun and special projects as assigned

Starting pay: $18/hour
You will start off as a paid intern at GradReach (Intern2Hire). The listed pay rate is the pay promised for the first 10-12 weeks (on average) of employment until conversion takes place. Conversion occurs when a company is ready for you to work for them as a permanent/long-term employee. Once conversion takes place, you will be paid at a higher rate and no longer employed by GradReach.
