They are looking for a Media Coordinator!
Duties will include:
1. Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned accounts
2. Create and present strategies specific to client needs and budget
3. Communicate status of the account to the client
4. Build strong client relationships and ensure needs are met
5. Work with media outlets to ensure all client needs are met
6. Assist, review and approve invoice reconciliation
7. Review and revise copy to convey clients message
8. Monitor personality performances
9. Track and implement strategies to fine-tune client results
10. Problem Identification and resolution
11. Any other tasks requested by the client or senior management
1. Must have Bachelor’s degree: Advertising, Marketing, or related preferred.
2. Admin or customer service experience required
3. Exposure to the industry (advertising, marketing, PR, digital) is required
4. Can be an internship, some work experience, school project, volunteer, etc.
5. Must be organized and able to multi-task
6. Must be a self-starter and motivated to be successful
7. Must have very strong communication skills
