Revenew International is a multi-award winning cost containment/recovery company. They have a very fun, employee-focused culture, and they are looking for a new entry-level addition.
The role is called a Statement Specialist. It is not a difficult position to learn, and most will catch on after several days of training. It does require someone assertive (but not aggressive) who doesn’t mind communicating with vendors throughout the day via phone and email.
The Specialist’s responsibility is to call various vendors and retrieve statements/invoices and upload them into our database for auditors to analyze for potential recoveries. The personalities that have been successful in this role have been upbeat, outgoing, and self-motivated.
-Bachelors degree and some customer service or client interfacing experience
-Some previous experience with collections, outbound calling, third-party calling (preferred)
-Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), typing, internet searches, skip tracing
-Excellent communication skills, results-oriented
-Energetic, self-motivated, go-getter, overachiever
Intern (or trial) period pay: $12-13/hour
Salary upon conversion: Around $38-40K
You will start off as a paid intern at GradReach (Intern2Hire). The listed pay rate is the pay promised for the first 10-12 weeks (on average) of employment until conversion takes place. Conversion occurs when a company is ready for you to work for them as a permanent/long-term employee. Once conversion takes place, you will be paid at a higher rate and no longer employed by GradReach.
