Overview:
Headway Idea Labs headwayidealabs.io and The Nomad Network (thenomadnet.com) are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the CEO, in daily operations, marketing initiatives, and community-building efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, and is eager to contribute to the growth of two innovative organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and ensuring smooth communication between groups.
- Handle multiple tasks with professionalism, ensuring all projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support marketing and business development efforts, including drafting emails, managing social media, and assisting with content creation.
- Collaborate with the CEO to create and foster partnerships that help grow the Headway and Nomad Network communities.
- Research potential opportunities for business development or community outreach.
- Maintain organized documentation of business processes, client communications, and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in administration, marketing, or business development.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms) is a plus.
- Experience in business development or marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a passion for building communities and creating partnerships.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time, 20 hours per week, with 3 in-office days.
- Hybrid flexibility with the ability to work remotely as needed.
