An Employee Experience Program Manager defines high-impact, long-term (i.e., 2-5+ year horizon) business strategies at the corporate, business, and/or regional level. Partners with senior management to identify existing operational and new business opportunities, including market development, investment prioritization, and Mergers & Acquisitions and other growth strategies. Monitors external factors during strategic development, including market forces, macro/microeconomic factors, and competitive implications. Works with and manages cross-functional project teams. Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance. Develops recommendations for senior management based on competitive market, financial, statistical, and economic trend data. Manages corporate strategy initiatives and participates in communicating the strategy to the client organization.
Leads key employee experience programs across inclusion and diversity, social justice, and culture; including managing the implementation interdependencies, prioritization, governance, alignment, and success metrics.
Reviews performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
Coordinates or leads cross-functional regional and global project teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global project teams
Develops growth strategies for area of responsibility.
Leads strategy and leadership teams in developing new programs and initiatives
Partners with executives in creating strategic initiatives and projects on a wide range of strategic needs.
Influences and coaches executives by presenting compelling analysis and recommendations that build the business case for new initiatives.
Supports highly complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives, including new business development, and large-scale transformation.
Demonstrates innovative thought leadership and makes significant contributions to OLAA’s strategic planning knowledge base.
Support OLAA’s Employee Experience initiatives, including:
* Lead employee engagement programs, such as Culture Day;
* Lead OLAA inclusion and diversity programs, including with respect to social justice;
* Lead/support implementation of, OLAA professional development programs for career lifecycle (Early Career to Executive);
* Support implementation and operation of effective volunteering, mentoring and rotation programs;
* Support effective actions to respond to Voice of the Workforce feedback;
* Collaborate with OLAA Leadership Team and HR Business Partners to support OLAA employee engagement priorities that will have the greatest positive impact on OLAA team member engagement;
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 8-12 years total experience. Often 4-7 years post- advanced degree experience leading projects, deals, and company financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to collect and provide insight to I&D related analytics.

Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.
Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage statistical analysis and financial modeling.
Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within at multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.

Superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills.
Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
