The Customer Service Services Supply Chain ( CS SSC) organization is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the VP of CS Services Supply Chain. In this role, you will report to the CS SSC Business Management Office and will work side by side with both the VP leader and her direct staff to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, strategic alignment and integration of activities within CS Services Supply Chain. The Chief of Staff will also lead strategic projects – projects that require incubation within and leadership across the organization.
Role will report in to Business Management Team whose objectives include (i) Chief of Staff and Exec Communications (ii) CSSC financial processes (iii) CSSC PMO (iv) Strategic Program Management, and (v) Cost Analytics

Define, drive and improve processes and communications around recurring “rhythm of the business” initiatives: Strategic Planning, Workforce Planning, Budgeting,
Maintain priority and ensure content prep for Staff Meetings, Quarterly Staff F2F Meetings and key strategic discussions
Drive accountability across teams by integrating appropriate milestones and measurements into projects and initiatives
Partner with Executive Communications Lead; ensuring CS SSC message is clear, concise and consistent through internal and external communications.
Drive strategic programs across a variety of topics and areas (Urgent Performance Issues, Workforce of the Future, Strategic Benchmarking, Performance Dashboards, etc…)
Partner closely with HR and organization to drive organizational culture and continuous improvement of employee engagement through roundtables, manager training, recognition, etc.
Exercises a high degree of maturity, discretion, and integrity, especially as this role frequently requires handling of sensitive and confidential information.

Supply Chain knowledge and experience a must; Multi-functional experience a plus – category, finance, sales, operations, marketing, etc.
Superb written and oral communication skills required
Education and Experience Required:
Strong prior Program and Project Management with proven results
5-10 years experience tracking, delivering or reporting on programs or projects.
Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
Leadership: Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, team building and conflict resolution
Problem Solving: Approaches problem solving creatively with a combination of superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Business and Financial Acumen: knowledge of HP financial process and services supply chain are an advantage.
Flexibility: Able to work with a wide variety of personalities
Extensive knowledge and ability to analyze business problems utilizing Excel
Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage multiple complex objectives.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

The estimated range of compensation for this job at the time posting is USD $108,000 – 156,000 Annual
