Craft and articulate the vision and strategies for how HP can successfully operate in a hybrid workplace environment that promotes innovation, teamwork and reinforces the culture of the company
Define the key characteristics of a hybrid workplace model that will meet the needs of the business, improve employee productivity and safety while also creating a competitive advantage to HP.
Define and implement the technology roadmap to support a best in class hybrid workplace that enables collaboration, allows flexibility in where employees work and helps optimize HP’s operating costs
Ensure that employee experience design is factored into all components of the hybrid workplace model with the goal of improving employee engagement from the current company norm
Develop a set of measures that allow the effectiveness of the hybrid workplace to be monitored and a closed loop system to drive improvements
Partner with the key functions in the company to build a roadmap of change, prioritize projects and resources to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap.
Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve program goals and corporate initiatives
Drive program tasks to completion in accordance with the program schedule
Manage financials and analyze costs for hybrid workplace solutions, including capital expenditures, travel, training, contract workforce and internal resources allocation, and other program expenses
Assist with organizational change management and integration ensuring that users understand and utilize new HP systems new workflow tools
Ensure a smooth transition and training of employees towards personal productivity devices and general IT processes.
Education And Experience Required
MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree
PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent is desired
10+ years of successfully leading complex projects in a high tech, matrix environment
Experience in developing strategy and implementing initiatives in support of the strategy
A deep understanding of Management of Change concepts around driving awareness of the need for change and generating the desire to support the change
Solid grounding on operations management and delivering against financial targets
Expertise in Employee Experience Design is a major plus
Experience in working in a hybrid environment and an understanding of the key challenges
Able to lead effectively in a complex and political environment and deliver results; Able to influence without direct authority; Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative; Able to drive team performance to world class; Able to create and build highly effective teams and organizations; Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels in HP and the industry.

Established communication skills at an executive-level, middle-management level as well as to external stakeholders (customers and partners).

Ability to learn fast and develop creative approaches to project objectives.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving skills, good business and financial acumen.
Location is flexible within the United States
