POSITION PURPOSE
Our Interns are given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of financial/accounting projects. Projects could include dealing with driving functional metrics, controlling costs, and working closely with our associates, in order to achieve business goals and create shareholder value.
The 12-week internship program will begin in May and end in August. Summer Interns will work at our headquarters in Atlanta.
The intern will have the opportunity to be involved and help manage businesses with portfolios ranging from $5M to several Billion $$ in revenue. Interns will have project-based work.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Maintenance and support of tax reporting and compliance related applications.
2.Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support various tax projects

Implementation and Go-Live support of new tax technologies, process improvement and data analytics initiatives, as required by the Group Tax Department.

Exposure to Direct, Indirect Tax, Finance, supply chain management subject matter areas of expertise.

Document standard work including process flowcharts

Assist in project management of multiple projects, tax metrics and associated reporting

Physical Requirements:
