The Houston Defender Network is seeking candidates to fill two positions as Sales Account Executives. The job involves selling print, social media, e-marketing and branded content. The job has three phases for the first 60-90 days:
ONBOARDING – The program will cover a three-week virtual digital sales training course accompanied by a Houston Defender three-day product orientation.
TRAINING [PRACTICAL PHASE] – Learn the Defender systems and procedures, role play, shadow existing sales executive, participate in sales calls, sales debriefing, etc.
REAL-WORLD [ON THE JOB] – Assignment of clients |accounts |goals, clients sales calls, creation of presentations |closing the sale, and determining a path to success.
There are opportunities for advancement based on initiative and quality of performance. The start date for the virtual position is as soon as possible. Once the applicant is interviewed and selected the job will include a 60-90 days probationary period in which the prospect will be paid $500 per week for 13 weeks. Upon completion of the probationary period, the Defender will determine whether to verify employment and the applicant will be offered a salary plus commission.
