Marketing Research Analyst: Houston Texas Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union; Houston Texas 77007.Marketing Research Analyst position will assist by making recommendations to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors regarding potential sales of products and services by performing various aspects of market research. The position will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns to further the promotion of the credit union and its brand; Research market campaigns in local, regional and national area to develop a marketing business plan for HTFFFCU; Prepare reports of findings and translate complex finding into the written text; Contribute in the implementation of the marketing business plan along with other marketing and business development employees; Prepare a marketing campaign budget and operational procedures and, upon approval by chief administration officer, participate in implementing them; Analyze existing marketing campaigns as well as the existing marketing programs to compare with competitors products and services, and make recommendations for changes, if necessary; Contribute in the implementation of in-house marketing material for promotions, newsletters, and credit union events; Obtain bids for the initial phases of the production of marketing materials and make recommendations to the Executive Team about the preferred vendors; Assist in the maintenance and development of the credit union website and intranet, based on the collected market research data; Assist in planning and implementing Credit Union events (including member education) to both provide support and gather qualitative feedback from members; Ensure all the recommendations and end-work products meet the regulatory compliance standards; Maintain an awareness of developments and trends within the credit union industry that may affect marketing and advertising.Requirements/Special skills: Bachelors degree from an accredited University, no specific field of study required. 24 months of employment experience in Marketing or Business Development. Employment experience of 24 months in Marketing or Business Development must include a focus on market research, analyzing data and reports preparation. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
