Position Description:

The Business Development Summer Internship Program will last for 8-10 weeks and is designed for an MBA student between their first and second year of business school. Qualified candidates will have outstanding analytical, communication, leadership and organization skills. A Business Development Intern must be able to solve complex business problems, identify growth opportunities, work in team-oriented environments, and interact frequently with senior level executives.

• Assist Business Development Manager in analyzing Key Accounts and determining segments for growth

• Work with Product Management team assessing current strategy and future opportunities across product line

• Assist Marketing team analyzing research and applying findings to future initiatives

• Support Executive Management team with special projects

• Pursuing an MBA from Olin Business School

• A dynamic, outgoing individual with a commitment to excellence

• High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement

• Strong work ethic and time management skills

• Demonstrates a practical and creative approach to problem solving
