Insperity is a third party recruiter. This role will be in the 77055 area.
We are looking for May 2020 accounting majors that are excited about becoming an auditor in an industry they previously likely haven’t considered. Yes, we are hiring in a pandemic, as we are continuing to build our team.
The common trait of a good auditor is someone who likes to solve a puzzle. We’ll teach you how dump out the box, sort pieces, visualize the end product, and strategize to put all the pieces in the correct place. You have to bring your desire to work the puzzle, ability to learn the strategy, and the skill to snap the pieces into place. If you love learning and problem solving and understand your role in society, this may be an excellent niche for you. If you like routine without being challenged, this would not be a good fit. If you want to progress from rookie auditor to partner, or at least raise to the level of your comfort, in the shortest time possible, this will be a good career decision.
