Customer Success is driving Intuit’s transformation to become an "AI-driven expert platform", innovating on the way customers access expertise and digitizing the services industry. These customer experiences are delivered through offerings such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live, and extend to how customers access help and support through their entire journey, across all of our offerings. Further, Customer Success is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our experts – the people on our platform that deliver advice and support to customers.
What you’ll bring

Must be currently enrolled in a MS degree or MBA program, to which you’ll return to at the end of the summer internship

MS or MBA in Information Security, Product Management, or related field

Security fundamental knowledge/skills
-
Experience in fraud/data loss prevention, e-commerce fraud, policy building, leveraging insights, KPIs in security, etc.

Experience translating data into security risks and requirements

Experience building dashboards (preferred)

Technical background, analytical acumen, business-oriented mindset

As an Intuit Information Security Analyst (PM) Intern within the Customer Success Trust & Safety organization, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for innovation and technology, helping to revolutionize the way the world does business. This team’s vision is to leverage technology to minimize risk, protect Intuit stakeholders and drive trusted solutions. Their mission is to inspire stakeholder trust and confidence. You’ll be a key contributor to both and will gain exposure to and experience in learning, analyzing, and researching security-related areas such as inside threat, incident response, analytical & investigative research, data loss prevention, and more.
