Position Summary: Responsible for writing engaging content that increases brand awareness, attracts new business, explains product offerings, and positions iOFFICE as a thought leader in the workplace experience and asset management industry. The Content Writer researches industry trends, suggests topics, edits content and generates keyword-rich, search-engine-optimized copy tailored for specific channels and target audiences
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned.
Rapidly produce quality blog content by writing, editing, and publishing multiple 1,200+-word posts per week.
Write long-format content resources such as e-books or white papers.
Contribute to and assist in maintaining editorial calendars by researching industry content and suggesting audience-appropriate topics to support keyword strategy.
Input, review, and publish content on marketing automation platforms, including creating new landing pages.
Analyze SEO and trends in web traffic to optimize content performance (optimize copy and images for search engine visibility, update metadata, and perform size checks and general QA).
Write detailed creative content for marketing campaigns and events, including webinars and podcasts.
Copyright and edit marketing and communications content as assigned, such as press releases, internal communications, brochures, sales sheets, presentations, email campaigns, social media posts and case studies.
Understand iOFFICE’s customer profiles and adhere to writing style guidelines, shaping writing to core campaign messaging
Maintain familiarity with key product features and updates.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies or members of the business community. Write speeches and articles for publication.
Mathematical Ability: Add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10’s and 100’s. Perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to change approach with tailoring messages for different audiences
Strong attention to detail/editing capabilities
Experience in professional blogging and content SEO
Understands and able to write for B2B some technical audiences
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
HubSpot marketing automation software (or similar content management system or blogging platforms).
Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, PhotoShop, InDesign/InCopy).
Certificates and Licenses: Must be proficient in AP Style editing and provide professional writing samples.
Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required
