Position Summary: The Partner Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing campaigns and implementing tactics to grow iOFFICE’s Channel Partner program and international presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following and other duties as assigned.
Proactively develop and implement marketing campaigns to support partner acquisition, engagement, and sales enablement that increases revenue and new customers.
Plan and distribute content (such as newsletters, webinars, email workflows) to assist partners to nurture throughout the life cycle and increase partner awareness of company and technology solutions.
Maintain current, relevant marketing collateral on partner portal to support onboarding, training, and sales enablement.
Manage partner cobranding requests and content syndication to ensure all materials align with iOFFICE corporate brand standards.
Work closely with internal partner sales team to track KPIs, address partner weaknesses, and improve partner ability to articulate the iOFFICE value proposition.
Implement and manage non-commission-based partner incentive program.
Develop processes for gathering partner insights and feedback and identify and showcase partner successes to drive sales.
Track and report on campaign metrics, channel partner productivity, and progress to goals across all brands and sales regions.
Adapt and translate marketing materials, positioning, and campaign elements to localize for target audiences in key growth regions.
Proactively build relationships with marketing counterparts at partner companies to identify and activate co-marketing opportunities to build awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with other departments, like sales and product to develop and enhance strategies.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or government documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the public
Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Experience/Skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
HubSpot marketing automation software (or similar content management system).
Preferred: Collaborate to enablement and lead registration tools
Preferred: Familiar with account-based marketing tactics/platforms.
B2B experience
Generalist –will be hands-on and someone who wears several hats
