Under the joint sponsorship of the Sr VP of Product & Innovation and the VP of ESG, this role is focused on research and business analysis in support of one of several projects within the company’s business incubator. Working with an internal intrapreneur, the Fellow/Intern will add business and ESG depth, research and analysis to evaluate and evolve a business idea that is being cultivated within the company’s design driven business innovation/incubator process. In addition to the focus on conventional business strategy analysis and design thinking methods, the fellow will add a deeper review of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) dimensions of the business concept in order to identify risks and opportunities from the sustainable business perspective.
