The Security Sales Account Manager (aka Systems Consultant) for systems additions in buildings that Kastle serves is responsible for commercial and government tenant sales. Systems Consultants typically focus on sales that exceed $200 in Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR). To that end, the Systems Consultant works closely with Client Services, Project Management, and Engineers in order to generate proposals and relevant attachments, schedule upgrade installation, and input contracts into CRM tracking software.
Researches the market as required to determine potential sales leads.
Calls on potential customers to determine their security needs.
Visits sites and designs systems that best suit clients’ needs.
Conducts tours of Kastle’s facilities for potential customers.
Prepares proposals (including pricing) as required and close sales.
Keeps abreast of competitor’s activities.
Maintains both automated and manual filing systems.
Assists Project Management in coordination of service and installation of products sold.
Receives leads and sales requests from Client Services and Account Managers.
Inputs quotes, contracts and closed sales proposals into CRM software.
College degree preferred or comparable professional and/or Kastle experience will be considered.
2-4 years sales experience
Demonstrated outstanding sales skills to commercial clients at the executive level.
Excellent personal computer skills including a working knowledge of word processing, spread sheet, contract management, and e-mail programs.

Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.
Must be willing to participate in and pass the company’s pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
Open floor plans with ambient noise and activity consistent with office or call center work
Active construction sites and new locations
Travel by automobile, plane and other modes of public transportation
