As an Experience Planning Intern with Kellogg for Summer 2021, you’ll experience what’s it’s like to be a Social Content Assistant Manager with a company that delights the world through foods and brands that matter! You will learn the benefits of being a cross-athlete with an understanding of how creative and integrated marketing channels can impact and drive the overall consumer experience. This role will have the opportunity to interface with Brand Teams, Marketing Operations, Influencer Engagement, Shopper/Promotions, eCommerce, Consumer Affairs, and partner agencies.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Experience Planning – Identify shopper and consumer insights to create a summary for establishing new ways to connect in the marketplace.

Collaborating for Success – Teamwork is key. You will be working cross-functionally with partner agencies to develop portions of an Experience Plan, as well as attending cross functional Experience Planning Workshops and ideation sessions.

Analytics & Insights – You will learn media best practices and guidelines as it relates to changing/driving consumer behavior in market and perform deep dive analysis on social listening for content development and insight

Best in Class Innovation – You will meet with partners/vendors to identify innovative opportunities to connect with our consumer and develop learnings summary and implications based on industry insight of best-in-class experience plans

Required:

1st year MBA candidate with an emphasis on Integrated Marketing

Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA

Solid communication and project management skills

As part of the Kellogg Internship program, you will participate in a corporate onboarding orientation at our World Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan (Cereal City, USA!). The program includes executive exposure, previous intern panels, networking and social events, community activities and more. Not to mention the incomparable "Pure Michigan" summertime experience!
This paid internship requires a 12-week, full-time commitment starting May 2021. Relocation advising and sign-on bonus provided – and did we mention we have plenty of snacks? The summer internship will be located at our offices within the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, IL OR our Global Corporate Headquarters in Battle Creek, MI!
