The goal of this position is to ensure payroll and HR Administration processes are aligned with the strategic goals of the Company and provide customer support, analysis, and reporting on these areas of expertise.
The main responsibilities for the position are:
- Maintain internal controls established around payroll updates, hires, terminations, company policies, and federal and state laws to guarantee data accuracy
- Process payroll in a timely manner using ADP Workforce Now, respond to any errors, and build reports needed for payroll accounting
- Provide employees with the necessary information about benefit plans and the platforms they can use to enroll and manage them
- Follows up on the enrollment in benefits and ensures that the information correctly syncs to payroll and insurance provider systems
- Upload invoices, track payments and follow a budget
- Follow up on tax filing and unemployment accounts in each state and at federal level, contacting the associated agencies when needed
- Report and manage Workers Compensation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. BA/BS in related field is a plus
- Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
- Technology oriented, with Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Proactive and self driven, with strong organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
