As an IT Help Desk Intern, you’ll be embedded in ourteams as they respond to incoming requests and resolve customer problems.
You’ll dig deep into a wide array of technical support-including supporting network and email connectivity, computer operating systems, hardware and software applications, internally developed applications, and mainframe and midrange operations.
You’ll also participate in a project that you and your peers present to leadership at the end of your internship.

What you’ve got
You’re working towards a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent training and certifications
You have a proven track record of academic success
You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
You are familiar with various IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies
You have a general knowledge of design and development tools
