Human Resources Management – Residents and Interns (Full-time, Day Shift) –

This two year Administrative Fellowship program is designed to strengthen Seventh-day Adventist post graduate students base level/entry level knowledge of academic healthcare institutions and equip them with the skills necessary for leadership positions in health care or the education industry. The Administrative Fellowship program provides experience on high level projects in key departments around the LLUH entities. Performs other duties as needed.
Must be a recent post graduate student (having graduated within the last 24 months or completing a Master’s Degree by the start date of program which is projected as July 6, 2021) with completion of MBA, MHA, MSN, or Master’s Degree related field. Master’s Degree from an accredited institution with a 3.0 GPA is required. Some leadership experience preferred. Two to five years of work experience preferred. Valid California Driver’s License required. Member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church required.
