We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to work out of the Beachwood, Ohio location.

Under the direction of the HR Director, the HR Coordinator is accountable to provide administrative support and coordinate general HR activities related to the North American Construction Chemicals business. The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating activities such as: employee on-boarding & orientation, 3rd party contractors, personnel files, headcount, organizational data updates and reporting, HR vendors, HR communication, policy & procedures, job descriptions, international assignments, internship and summer students and medical programs. In addition, the HR Coordinator will also be responsible for providing HR support to corporate client groups within the Construction Chemicals business, as well as assisting other HR team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline.
Graduate degree, MBA and/or PHR/SPHR designation would be considered a strong asset.
Minimum of three (3) years of professional Administrative support and/or Human Resources experience.
Previous experience in working within a fast-paced business environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of current and progressive principles and practices of human resources management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and administer multiple priorities within a broad range of tasks.
Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written), interact with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
Demonstrated use of sound judgment and ability to make decisions in a fair & consistent manner.
Able to work under minimal supervision and take initiative to make decisions within a limited scope.
