The Morgan Group Human Resources Department will host a paid internship during summer 2021.
As part of the program, the intern will participate in all aspects of HR from onboarding to termination. The intern will work closely with the VP of Human Resources, Payroll Manager, and the Benefits Manager and will have hands-on real-life exposure to specific projects assigned to the intern. In addition, the intern will spend 1-2 days on-site at one of our Houston properties in an effort to gain an understanding of the property management business. An intern proficient in both English and Spanish is preferred.
Regular check-ins from senior leadership will occur during this program as well as encouraged interaction with other interns within Morgan. Collaboration and sharing are highly encouraged.
At the end of the program, the intern will be responsible for preparing a presentation to share with senior leadership. The presentation will cover, key takeaways from the program, what did they enjoy the most, and any recommendations for improvement for the future. Also, the intern will participate in a formal exit interview with Human Resources and respond to an electronic survey about their experience.
