The mission of Motorola’s community engagement portfolio is to create a comprehensive set of community services through a unified experience to better engage and inform the public and strengthen law enforcement operations by crowdsourcing intelligence.~Help connect law enforcement with their communities wherever, however and with whatever they use to communicate.~Help inform the community by providing access to data and contextualize it so they understand it.~Help engage by providing tools and services to bring data from the edge into backend operations.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Manager Intern to assist the team with strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the CommandCentral Analytics and Predictive workflow solution portfolio including interfacing with marketing, working with sales on forecasting, and finance on profit and loss (PandL) responsibilities. These solutions help public safety organizations investigate and prevent crime, understand their agency’s effectiveness, and better plan and coordinate future activities.Responsibilities: Analyze market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. Bridge gaps within the company between different functions, especially between development, sales and marketing, and support. Coordinate overall release project and schedule, manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality Gather customer and sales feedback and voice of customer Create user stories and scenarios, direct and approve UI-UX activities, define acceptance criteria, KPIs and SLAs Facilitate sales and channel training, assist pre-sales with custom project requests, demonstrate new pre-release featuresLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
