NAI Partners offers our clients leasing and sales solutions in the areas of office, industrial, and retail tenant representation, office, industrial, and retail landlord representation, investment sales, property management, and an investment fund, among other services. This individual’s primary role is to assist in the brokerage team in commercial real estate financial analysis. This opportunity is for highly entrepreneurial candidates that are self-motivated and uniquely autonomous.
IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS:
Degree in finance, accounting, or economics, real estate focus is preferred but not required. MBA graduate or current MBA student preferred.
Exceptional financial analytical skills and a mastery of ARGUS AE and/or DCF and Microsoft Excel
0-3 years of real estate or financial work experience (e.g. investment sales, asset management, capital markets, etc.)
Perform detailed financial analysis for NAI brokers representing both tenants and landlords
Create NOI, ROI and rent proposal analyses
Participate with all brokerage divisions on lease underwriting
Underwrite acquisition opportunities and prepare financial packages to be reviewed by management
Create discounted cash flow models utilizing ARGUS and other software as necessary
Participate with designated teams on triple net annual reviews
Complete other analysis, modeling and evaluations as necessary
