By joining our dynamic, casual and family-like team, you will have primary responsibility for all accounting, financial, office administrative and potentially human resource functions, including leadership of a small administrative team. A strong educational background in accounting, and excellent organizational, personnel management, communication and leadership skills are essential.
-Manage company accounting, finance and office administration
-Define and develop operational performance objectives and strategies and lead the administrative team in continuous process improvement and administrative performance enhancement.
-Build organizational capability by recruiting and developing the administrative team and fostering a culture of engagement, individual and team growth, and opportunity.
-Provide primary accounting and financial expertise, professional advice and guidance to the company leadership team on short and long-term analysis and planning, and execute agreed strategies.
-Conduct and manage financial forecasting and budgets, and prepare and present financial reporting internally and externally.
-Serve as primary liaison for banking and outside accounting firm interactions, reporting and filings.
-Opportunity to manage human resource functions including human capital management and performance, planning, policies, programs and accounting-related tasks including payroll administration and employment reports and filings.
-Provide leadership in the definition, development and implementation of technology solutions including a planned transition from Quickbooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
-Maintain high quality standards for all products and processes with a continuous focus on providing outstanding service to our internal and external clients.
