The Marketing and Communications Manager will help to create and promote the corporate identity, mission, products, and services to the public, existing and prospective customers through the strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products.
Oversees and produces, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization.
Collaborates with management, sales or product teams to fully understand product and communication needs to develop branding programs.
Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
Based on the assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, including social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
Evaluates the success of campaigns when completed.
Ensures that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and/or brand.
Plans, prepares and distributes original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email, blog and social media posts, and other updates on behalf of the organization.
Maintain overall marketing budget and prepare and present applicable reports on return on investment with assistance from management.
Oversee, coordinate and attend special events and trade show efforts, including identifying and evaluating new opportunities.
Promotes and reports on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and employee milestones.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required.
One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
