The Web UX Designer II will be designing and coding as part of a global Marketing and Communication team. An experienced UX Designer that has a hands-on approach that supports our B2B digital campaigns and websites.The Web UX Designer will have a s trong understanding of modern web design and the impact of design on SEO and usability.Developing best in class digital customer experience using, design, CRO concepts and tools like Hotjar to create heatmaps and Google Experiments to implement A/B tests. They will be working with a diverse team of designers, translators, and digital team members to complete projects.
Creating web design concepts, with wireframes
Implement code and production when needed
Working with 3rd party agency’s to implement CRO testing
Ability to debug HTML code
Support the day-to-day web and digital marketing campaign requests
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web design, or a related field required
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in web design, UX/ UI, CRO, and web deployment
Experience with web page design and production
Strong understanding of modern web design and the impact of design on SEO
Experience with A/B and CRO testing
This position requires a detailed-oriented problem solver who understands site processes and design, website development, content management systems and customer relationship management systems
The individual must be a team player with an analytical mind, strong writing skills, attention to detail and proficient in the Adobe Suite, HTML and CMS systems like Drupal
