PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the Internship is to become familiar with and participate in Park Place processes with the goal of understanding how our processes help create extraordinary client experiences. After completing corporate orientation, Interns will spend a majority of their time in their assigned area to achieve this goal. Interns will also shadow in their applicable department to gain understanding of each department’s contribution to the overall client experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Attend ASM Experience Training
Learn ADP/CRM for purposes of service clients and understanding service client vehicle flow
Assist ASM with client vehicle walk-around and follow up
Learn how to write Repair Orders
Learn and administer Loan Car process to include checking in returns, manage loan car fleet and processing insurance information
Learn and participate in Cashier process
Learn how to process warranty receivables
Special Projects as they arise surrounding enhancement of the client experience
Attending meetings as assigned including Best Practices
Assisting managers prepare for month-end meetings

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Enrolled in a College or University with the goal of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver’s License)
Operator’s Driver’s License (must be insurable).
