Participate in the Motion Systems Group’s two (2) year Leadership Development Rotational Program to develop for future positions in Product Management and Marketing roles.
Work with Corporate and Division Marketing Team to impact Parker’s Win Strategy objectives of Profitable Growth, Financial Performance, Customer Service and Empowered Employees while continuously maintaining the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, and cost.
Demonstrate the ability to execute on the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) to drive business growth. Demonstrate the ability to apply Voice of Customer methodology to understand and anticipate future customer needs.
Leadership training and development experiences are provided throughout the two year program with the goal to develop additional skillsets in leadership.
Under direction of an experienced manager participate in four (4) rotational assignments of six (6) months each with technical/nontechnical training at the division and group level; learn group products and understand systems and processes.
Responsible for learning and developing marketing, pricing, and business development concepts by studying and planning marketing processes and systems for the effective utilization of products and marketing techniques. Interacts with more experienced marketing, business development, pricing professionals to follow through on independent projects. This position will also assist other functions where applicable.
- Senior standing and currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Working knowledge of marketing, sales, pricing and promotion concepts and demonstrated application
- Relevant work experience gained through previous positions in sales or marketing for a minimum of 3 years
- Strong analytical skills, demonstration of leadership capabilities and professional maturity
- Demonstrated confidence, excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with digital marketing techniques preferred
- Computer skills – Microsoft applications
- Must be willing and able to relocate. This is a two-year rotational training program.
