This is intended to be initially a temporary assignment that could potentially turn into a full time role depending on company activity.
Patrinely Group, LLC is a nationally recognized Real Estate Development and Property Management firm located in Houston, TX (Galleria Area). We are searching for an Accounting/Finance candidate to assist our accounting team with their key accounting/finance responsibilities consisting of:
Input of daily cash receipts.
Maintenance of the cash logs.
Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries to book proper cash transfers, asset & liability accounts, revenue & expense accruals, garage expense allocation and transfers. Make appropriate re-class entries and close out the month in preparation for the monthly report.
Prepare consolidated financial reports.
Reconcile Bank Statements.
Assist with preparation and entry of annual budgets.
Reconcile construction projects verify construction management fee billings.
Perform ad-hoc tasks per project managers/property manager request.
