Executive Intern (MBA or MS) – Cambridge, MA – Summer 2021
Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing (or have recently completed) a Master’s (MBA or MS) degree to participate in a 3 month paid opportunity at our site in Cambridge, MA. Through this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a Health-Tech company.
*This role reports to our Cambridge, MA location. It is slated to be a remote internship but with potential to go into the office periodically for some meetings, etc. Candidates should be able to commute to the Cambridge office potentially on an ad hoc basis.

As a CEO/C-Suite Executive Intern, you will gain an understanding of the healthcare industry where we are passionate about improving the lives of 2.5 billion people a year by 2030. You will interact with our CEO and executive team to help coordinate and deliver on both our strategy and performance executives.
This internship simulates the work required to thrive in a fast-paced sales culture, focused on activity and results in addition to driving our transformation and strategy to drive long term sustainable growth.
This internship will truly work at the Enterprise leadership level and work to deliver our Healthcare solutions to market through Sales, Service and Marketing.
You are responsible for
Drive continuous improvement and transformation
Participate in experiential learning through assigned projects and tasks
Support facilitation of key trade shows, customer meetings and executive team meetings
Participate in team meetings, project brainstorming, and evaluation sessions
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Head of Business Transformation
Assist with logistical tasks related to the Executive Office
Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor, Executive Office Director, and/or President
Assist the CEO and Comms team in social media posting, staying relevant to both internal and external audiences
Assist in the preparation of documentation/materials pertaining to executive meetings
Assist with on-site executive meeting operational needs as requested
Follow Executive Office guidelines for prioritizing, organizing, and screening of incoming communications including email, voice mail, and video conferences, and tradeshows

Currently pursuing an MBA or MS degree
Must be a self-starter, imaginative, and creative with good communication skills
Must be competitive, persistent, and self-reliant, with high energy
Strong proficiency in MS office Suite
Salesforce and Six Sigma are nice to haves
