The Investment Analyst will be based in Austin, TX and will be part of the rapidly growing Capital Markets team with Presidium Group. As part of the Capital Market’s team, this role’s primary function is to support the financing, capital raising, and new venture formation of the firm’s development pipeline as well as the ongoing asset management of existing multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. The individual will work closely all members of the Capital Market team, including senior executives, and in close collaboration with the company’s Development and Asset Management divisions. The job entails creating financial models, preparing, and presenting investment analyses, and assisting with investor reporting. Presidium will offer the candidate substantial growth opportunities in addition to exposure to a variety of asset classes. Based on candidate experience, the analyst program targets candidates looking to complete a two-year development program. § Financial modeling to support for acquisition, development and asset management decisions
§ Prepare investment offering materials for presentation materials for new and existing investments for institutional investment partners
§ Assist with management of the development pipeline, including applying internal investment criteria to determine deal viability and report to Capital Market principals to prioritize prospective development opportunities.
§ Prepare presentation and marketing materials, including request for proposals, diligence, model outputs, and structuring objectives for managing directors, investors and senior leadership
§ Assist with due diligence related to new investments including review of third-party reports, financial statements, leases and market research
§ Perform due diligence and underwriting of prospective real estate developments and acquisitions as well as entity level investment opportunities
§ Assist in investor reporting, market analysis and monitoring of industry trends to guide investment strategy
