Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development & Finance, this role will allow the analyst to gain experience in Finance and Accounting in a corporate setting through a series of rotations.
A Day in the Life of the Graduate Development Analyst
As an Analyst in the Graduate Development Program, you will have three eight-month rotations within the Accounting and Finance organization. You will get exposure to the different teams within the organization, and your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Prepare journal entries such as payroll expense, prepaid amortization, and fixed asset depreciation.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, and accrued liabilities.
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks related to the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
Assist in the overall budgeting forecasting process including business unit budgets.
Conduct research on peers and competitors and produce benchmark analysis.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and/or Corporate Development to perform ad hoc analysis as required.
Required Qualifications – About you:

You are a recent college graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s (non-MBA) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related discipline. CPA-eligible or active CFA candidate status is a plus.
