Employee Engagement Committee – The Employee Engagement Committee meets on a regular basis to determine which events and non-profit organizations the organization supports annually. Volunteer members organize golf outings, luncheons, tournaments, fund raisers and more! Job Summary:
The Marketing Intern assists R&R Real Estate Advisors with projects and activities by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives, including social media and website
Develops call lists for REA brokers
Maintains various marketing databases (SUGAR, Xceligent, LoopNet, CoStar)
Produces various market activity reports including City Building Permit activity
Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, photos, tenant gifts, marketing signs and other sales literature
Drives to R&R properties and various locations as the position requires
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree; and working towards a Marketing or Business Administration degree
Must have the ability to learn new software
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
