100% accounting (40+ hours a week). We are looking for a strong entry level candidate that we can train from the bottom up in all areas of commercial real estate accounting. Full cycle accounting handle AP/AR, journal entries, Bank Recons, lease entry, CAM Recons/Audits, FASB13, fixed assets, amortization/depreciation, reforecasts, budgets, monthly reporting and various adhoc analysis. Must have strong communication skills, be willing to dig your heels in and learn, attention for detail, high level of accuracy, , flexible in relation to deadlines, must be responsible, team oriented and self motivated, professional, a good sense of humor and loves a good math party.
