Rock Fin Countertops, a leading fabricator & installer of countertops in Texas since 1997, is recruiting a Sales Exec/Project Manager who will aggressively develop new accounts & manage a number of existing builder accounts. We are adding to our staff and looking for motivated inside/outside sales people, with proven sales and business development skills to handle our business with custom home builders, production builders, interior designers & remodelers in the Houston area. Experience in natural stone/quartz sales or sales in related industries is a definite plus.
The Sales Executive/Project Manager will perform the following duties:
Manage existing accounts & aggressively develop new accounts
Proactively market Rock Fin Countertops, its culture and products
Exceed target sales
Work with residential and commercial accounts
Cold calls & prospecting
Manage communication and relationships in all projects, from specification & quoting to completion.
Work effectively with all parties involved in the project, from client’s upper management to superintendents to general contractors to homeowners.
Establish and develop sales relationships in a customer service/results oriented manner
Make presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain professional memberships and networks, with an outlook of furthering Rock Fin Countertops’ business.
Communicate effectively with other sales people, administrative staff & management team.
Qualifications and requirements:
-Valid Driver’s License
– 1 year experience in a structured inside/outside field sales role preferred, but not required. Company will provide extensive training to the right candidate(s).
-Self-motivated and proactive. A person with a high level of initiative and ownership, who can work independently to reach target goals.
-Excellent computer skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Energetic, positive and aggressive – service and results driven.
-Detail oriented, you have a process and manage your time wisely.
-Excellent with your follow-through and follow-up.
-Intelligent & creative, and a good problem solver.
-Prefer candidates that live in the area
40K Base Salary plus commission. Annual income potential between 50-80K.
Will offer Higher base salary in the start up period for the right candidates.
