The Product Owner will own and manage software solutions and delivery. This will include everything from MRP areas to asset management software and custom solutions. You have to enjoy solving problems and figuring out how to win.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and execute vision for the product direction and create a roadmap to work towards while aligning with company objectives

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

  • Manage the vision and execution of product development, through the development lifecycle

  • Act as a liaison between the development team and the users

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements

  • Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development

  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process

  • Communicate with the product team, leadership team, and end-users to deliver updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience

  • Background in manufacturing or industrial systems preferred

  • Experience in delivering or enhancing ERP/MRP/WMS systems preferred

  • 1-3+ years relevant experience providing solutions to manufacturing processes through technology

  • Experience managing: application developers, analysts quality assurance teams, contracts and vendors

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
