The Business Value Services team at Salesforce is looking for highly talented, curious, and passionate individuals, who excel at strategic analysis, to partner with our customers and Sales teams on articulating how digital transformations with Salesforce Solutions will drive business and financial value for our customers. During the internship, you will work closely with our Commercial Sales and Solution Engineering teams on our most strategic and forward-thinking customer engagements. The Customer Success MBA Intern leverages deep business, industry, and product knowledge to partner with customers and guides them to accelerate business value and return from their investment with Salesforce. In this role, the Success Manager will specialize in one or more lines of businesses, a specific cloud or industry to speak the customer language and ensure customer value realization. They are aligned at the key stakeholder levels, building and fostering strong relationships to help customers progress on their digital journey. The Salesforce product team is looking for a technical product manager MBA intern who has in-depth knowledge of cloud-scale architectures and is dynamic, creative and has great interpersonal skills to help differentiate and grow our business. A big part of the job includes serving as the technical "subject matter expert" for the Salesforce big data technologies. Your expertise will be applied to creating content that conveys our vision and strategy, understanding customer needs and trends, and collaborating with teams across Salesforce to deliver business insights by processing and analyzing large-scale data sets. In this role, you will also leverage your product management skills to help drive the Big Data Cloud product portfolio roadmap.
