Support DEP’s initial review team by reviewing solar application requests, respond to customer request, and customer outreach.
Research (including customer contact) customer incentive issues to ensure timely payment.
Work with and protect sensitive customer data.
Work with transfer customers to obtain interconnection agreements or initiate enforcement protocols.
Complete the conversion of video desk instructions to hard copy Other duties as assigned.
College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and MS Software Suite proficiency.
This is a paid opportunity for a student working a minimum of 15 hours per week. However, work hours and schedules may fluctuate based on departmental needs.
Pay is dependent upon the number of college credit hours completed with a grade of "C" or better.
Applicant must be enrolled and attending a minimum of six (6) college credits per semester.
