Develops data models and analyzes sales and marketing data to solve business problems, drive value, and gain strategy and insight. Support Business intelligence, including the collection, storage, usage and quality of information. Perform data analytics to help solve business challenges and achieve data automation, reconciliation, traceability, lineage and transparency.
Develops complex sales and marketing data models. Collaborates with Sales Operations and Sales management on modeling and analytical needs. Makes recommendations on best methods to measure performance and effort. Develops new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.
Gathers operational data to examine past business performance. Extract and validate data from multiple source systems and convert to insightful visualizations. Performs exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.
Analyzes external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards on business initiatives and performance. Educates sales management on reviewing and interpreting dashboards.
Education & Licenses:
- Bachelor degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
Experience & Knowledge:
At least two (2) years data/business analyst experience utilizing reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Einstein Analytics
Experience extracting data from a variety of platforms and tools (ERP/CRM systems, data analysis and visualization software), combining data, and creating high-level summaries and trends
Demonstrate ability to dig into data, identify actionable outliers, and recommend options to increase revenue or reduce operating expenses.

Computer literate and proficient with MS Office, Word, and Power Point
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
