Records, reconciles and reports accounting records under General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) on a monthly basis.
? Prepares or assists in preparation of budget variance reports for department managers. ? Prepares or assists in preparation of schedules and exhibits for financial reporting. ? Assists accounts payable with coding and allocation of department expenses. ? Maintains vendor information and sets up new vendor accounts in accordance with vendor management office policy. ? Coordinates 1099 reporting at year end. ? Prepares or assists in preparation of prepaid expenses. ? Prepares or assists in preparation of accounts payable accruals. ? Prepares or assists in preparation of fixed asset depreciation. ? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of mortgage servicing and various loan products preferred

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University, or up to 2 years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Great Plains accounting software experience is a plus but not required.
