Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or security related field
Candidates with 0-2 years of experience will be considered for a level 9 position. Candidates with 2+ years of progressive professional experience in a global enterprise including relevant cyber related work experience may be considered for a level 8 position.
Demonstrated success working on and with global teams, across different countries and cultures
Proactive knowledge sharing
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy
Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas in effective and efficient manner, verbally and in writing
Experience using Salesforce and sales tracking tools, combined with strong excel, MS office, and presentation skills

Develop solution packages for both Siemens Energy Industrial Applications and Siemens Energy Generation regions
Drive complex and large-scale bids through the offering phase
Perform project coordination in assigned projects and supply information for the development of new strategies
Increase regional sales transparency through sales funnel and financial reporting analyses
Create process flows, bid language, sales enablement / marketing materials and cost calculations
Support regional colleagues during the sales and offer process
Track global sales performance, provide transparency on status and progress and contribute to reporting
Drive regional alignment calls with key cyber sales stakeholders in region and ensure needed is being met
Improve and automize current sales, offer and tracking processes
Facilitate best practice sharing across the regions
Drive and support analysis of strengths and weak points of current business and identify improvement areas
Support strategic planning and evaluate strategic options of the Cyber Business line for Siemens Energy Industrial Applications and Siemens Energy Generation

This role will drive immediate and future global growth for Cyber Security within the Digital Business of Siemens Energy with a focus on sales enablement, standardization and driving large and complex offers. With a dedicated focus on monetizing the Cyber Security Portfolio, this role drives standardization within sales processes, defines product packages and actively drives and structures complex bids. Furthermore, there is a focus on driving automatization through implementing tools and standards in the offering and sales process. Additionally, this role drives the implementation of these standards across the different regions to enable their salesforce.
This is a key role in driving cyber integration and standardization across global multi-functional teams. This requires an individual who can collaborate across all levels of the organization including sales, portfolio, execution, operations, and finance.
